She no longer sees clients who wish to work on just one layer of their being. Our wellness and health are interconnected through all the layers of our body, mind, and spirit. A package of three sessions blends holistic health/nutrition counseling with both Reiki and other forms of energy healing.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means ‘Universal Life’ and (Ki) which means ‘Energy.’ Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
